OK. FIRST THING’S FIRST. MENTAL HEALTH IS HEALTH.
Everyone needs therapy. Not all of the time. Not for the rest of your life. But at some point, we all experience uncertainty, hopelessness, sadness, ambiguity, worry, stress, confusion, mental exhaustion, or loss of control. There are so many reasons for therapy, but making sure your mental health is in a good state is the best reason of them all.
SEXUAL HEALTH…
IS ALSO HEALTH.
Navigating intimacy, communication and trust can be complex- especially when your relationships don’t follow traditional scripts. I offer a safe, affirming space for individuals, couples and polycules practicing “normative” or alternative sexuality. Whether you are seeking support around boundary-setting, jealousy, kink negotiation, practicing consensual non monogamy, or deepening your connection, I bring both clinical expertise and cultural competency to guide you with care and respect. I honor the diversity of love, identity and erotic expression.
You deserve a therapist who gets it. Let’s work together to strengthen your relationships and explore what pleasure and intimacy mean for you.
FINDING LOVE IS HARD…
SO IS STAYING IN IT.
If you’re single and hating it, we’ve all been there. Your friends are tired of hearing about it, your dog doesn’t give great advice, and bottling it up isn’t a long-term strategy. Whether you’re overwhelmed, overthinking, or just over it, I can help you unpack the chaos.
If you’re in a relationship, it helps to think of relationships like WiFi—sometimes they’re strong, sometimes they drop for no reason, and occasionally, you just need to reset the whole thing. I’ll help you navigate miscommunications, decode cryptic texts, and figure out why nothing’s wrong definitely means something’s wrong.
HERE’S THE PART WHERE I
TALK ABOUT THE PATRIARCHY
Just get a puppy. It’s easier. I’m kidding.
…But, we could explore it.
If you’ve ever been on an interview that’s felt more like a date, I can help you navigate that. If you’re struggling with the pressure to always be tough and suppress your emotions, I can help you navigate that. If you immediately rolled your eyes and hated me for mentioning the patriarchy, I can help you navigate that, too.
Patriarchy hurts all genders. It affects the way we perceive and judge our self, our relationships and the world we live in. In therapy, we can use an intersectional lens to dismantle harmful narratives and empower individuals to navigate and resist systems of inequality.
Let’s talk about what a win in therapy looks like. Finding balance in day-to-day life can knock us right off our feet and leave us feeling too exhausted to get off the couch or even take a shower. Therapy won’t delete the rat race, but it can help change your view on things to make the day-to-day easier.
Sometimes a win looks like confronting a parent. Sometimes, it looks like finding the motivation to take a shower. All progress is progress. We’ll set reasonable goals and celebrate them.
